Default Chicago Gun Ban Struck down by SCOTUS

For the first time the Supreme Court incorporated the 2nd Amendment into the 14th Amendment and in doing so struck down state/local municipalities gun bans.

This is a good day.

The "catch" is that this is only one battle and there are more to come. It's a marathon not a sprint. I don't know what you were really expecting.

The standard is not perfection, the standard is the alternative and the alternative - affirming the Chicago gun ban - would have been very, very, very bad for gun owners.
