Norfolk Karate Academy

I had posted a thread asking if anyone had any information about the Norfolk Karate Academy before the forums changed over, but never received any replies. I wanted to follow up, however, since I've now worked out with them twice in the last week. This is a great place to train. It's probably not as hardcore as some might want, but this is a great facility with great people, and the instructors are all very attentive, helpful, and fun. The training is a good mix of Tang Soo Do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and you can work up a good sweat during the workout. If anyone is in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, and you want to get in on some training, this really is a great place. Feel free to ask questions if you have them and I'll be glad to elaborate.
