Folks,
We all know that many shooters swear they didn't do something in a CoF untill eveeryone jumps on board and informs him/her. We started videoing the CoF and when one goes back after the match and watches theirself they can see first hand what they are or are not doing correctly. I even pick up tid bits that I missed while SOing because of my focus on the gun etc. It is not just for the shooter who was filmed but by all since they can break down what one could have done better or what someone else did that worked better. Awarness most of all is the beginning to accepting input. Besides some times it is pure fun to watch someone - even yourself jacking a stage. :D A lot of folks also don't think they turn the pistol before the mag drops or run a high thumb, move without taking their finger out of the trigger guard, jerk etc. until they see it first hand. I picked up a 140.00 pocket size video Since I didn't want o ruin the families good one with all the sand we have here - besides I am lazy and the pocket sized one is just the right size ;-)
I know it is not an org idea but it works - try it.
