I need a good degreaser/gun cleaner. Any suggestions? Also, what do I put on if for carry? I sweat a lot in the summer and carry inside the waist band. It's a Glock 23

Any good gun solvent is fine for cleaning a handgun. You don't have the copper fouling to deal with like in a rifle. I generally use Shooter's Choice.
About the only thing I use an aeresol degreaser for is cleaning out the striker channel. I've been using Birchwood Casey Gun Scrubber for years and like it for what its for. It does not clean your gun, it will only rinses off grease and oil. Any kind of carbon fouling you'll still have to remove with a brush/q-tip and some solvent.
The only rust issues you should see is the slide stop, and the sights (if you have steel sights). I've never seen a Glock slide develop rust. I've found Break Free CLP, Shooter's Choice Rust Prevent, and Eezox to be good rust preventatives.
As far as lube, there's a bunch of good ones out there. For the last several years I've been using TW25B grease on the slide rails and disconnect, and Slip 2000 oil everywhere else.
Since this is a carry gun the lube will dry up, or get contaminated with fuzz, sweat, etc very quickly. Be sure to re-lube often.

Ballistol is pretty good, legendary actually developed by the Germans during WWI and still going strong. It's essentially mineral oil, non-toxic, non-carcinogenic and is about as "green" as it gets. Just make sure you don't get it in contact with water. It's all purpose meaning it will clean, lube and protect (CLP).
Generally speaking non-chlorinated brake cleaner is also quite good, probably a better cleaner. Do NOT use carburetor cleaner. You'll have to relube after cleaning.
